Most of us use social media to connect with others across the world. It is easy to create a whole new persona but being authentically ourselves is what should be the focus on social media. It can be hard to make decisions on what to post that steer away from trends or what we think others want us to be.
It is important to try and work on being true to our own self to promote authenticity.
