I run a "disk cleanup" on my PC every week. I also delete the cookies on my browsers and I delete the cookies that Windows stores separately on my computer every week. Are there any other "cleaning" programs built into a windows device that will help to remove clutter and keep the device running smoothly? I used to do an occasional disk defragmenting but it takes too long.
