Upskilling: An interview with Steph Piper - Make:

Steph Piper has come up with a way of arranging lists skills and abilities you want to learn to make them more achievable.

They are organized in a tree with related, prerequisite, and subsequent skills satisfying as you color them in. Each skill added to your set, each tool added to your belt results in a big boost of endorphins, comparable to sewing Scout badges.

Many templates filled in already to give you a guide based on well worn paths. Very flexible and customizable to the skills you want. Color in each new thing as you conquer it. The satisfaction of a coloring book, but YOU EARNED THIS.

Do you think visually mapping a course for your growth can help you move forward and stay on track? Which tree would you choose? How would you incentivize your child or another learner to keep growing?

She had a Zoom/youtube live meeting on December 3rd.
