The Ultradian Rhythm involves working, reading, or studying for 1.5-2 hours and taking a 15-20 minute break. It is comparable to the pomodoro method, but with longer On/Off times.

It is a strategy that is supposed to help you access the flow state so you can maximize productivity and efficacy in your activities and avoid burnout.
