I spent nearly a day trying to make the purchase online due to technical issues with Lenovo's website. Then, the delivery date was cancelled without any notification, and now, upon finally receiving it, I find the laptop has a stuck key (i). It's surprising to encounter such issues with a company like Lenovo.
