Ok, seriously... how do ya'll get your pictures/videos to your PC? Are you using icloud or what? Because all the recommended Google search answers don't seem to work for me. Photos app starts the process and then cancels after just a few pics. I don't want any method that will lose my video or picture quality either. Help!
