Which is better for a student: Yoga 7/9i or Thinkpad X13?

Hi everyone, I'm preparing to get some new tech to fuel me through my very long and grueling college journey. I've been stuck for days on what laptop to buy, as this is a HUGE investment for me, and now I'm stuck deliberating between a Yoga 7i (open to 9i) or the Thinkpad X13. I decided to ask from the professionals who probably know the most about Lenovo products to help me make this decision, as a few other forums haven't helped me much.

For additional information, I am a biopsychology major who learns best when writing directly on what I'm learning from. My priorities are battery life and durability, with noise and performance being tied for a close second. I intend on doing some light gaming a few hours every week (all games on low graphics). I have a drawing tablet (I do a lot of digital art), but I'm also interested in investing in an iPad for the notetaking aspect of it, as I've heard iPads are lifesavers for STEM majors. I'm also interested in the Thinkpad X1 Carbon, but at such a high price point, I'm not sure if the quality difference between that and my other options is great enough to justify it, especially considering I would likely invest in an iPad with that purchase as well. While I know this is a Lenovo forum, I've also been interested in the Dell XPS 14.

My indecisiveness is driving me insane, so thank you all in advance for the help!
