How do we feel about doing graduate degrees while working?

Is this a good idea? Or is it better to work then take a break for school and go back to working?

    Well, it's a masters in Business administration. The last thing we need is more managers managing people at things they've never done themselves before.

    That's what the college brochure promises. Whether they can actually deliver on those promises is very specific to the degree-type and job position you are targeting.
