Disabled friendly environments.

I work in eduction and every a few years we have a disabled student prior to their attendance school going through transformation to accommodate 

the disabled Pearson.

As university student what do you think universities should do to accommodate better the disabled student ?
as an employee or employer what we should do to make a disabled colleague not feel require help?

    At a minimum, disabled students and staff should be able to access just as easily. This would include physical things like buildings and classrooms but would also extend to digital things such as course scheduling and library contents.
