I work full time, thankfully from home, but I'm having trouble focusing on balancing my time between work and school. I get done my work day and it's really difficult to refocus my energy on studying. Anyone have any tips they want to share?
I find the best way to switch modes from one type of task to another is to have a physical transition activity. This could be a short exercise routine, a walk or something else that can help clear your mind from the work day before you get into study mode.
