Do you like remote/online learning?

For most of the world, online/remote learning has become the new standard for schooling.

What are your thoughts on online learning?

Do you like the convenience of learning from home, or do you miss the in-person classroom experience?

  • Fair answer! I'm definitely living a bit more rural right now, so can appreciate the internet issues Stuck out tongue Looking forward, what do you think is your ideal mix of in-person vs remote?

  • I started working remotely when Covid began. Now I am working at home and in the office every other day. :) I hope it's long term. It suits me.

I personally prefer home-based classes than face-to-face classes because I can save money. I am also free to manage my time, and I never have to wake up feeling nervous about being late to classes.

  • Right now I feel it's really inefficient

  • I think - and sorry for not responding for a while, I've been busy with work and all - that in-person is best for e.g. labs, science classes in general, and anything involving physical manipulation of something/projects.

Online I find works well - for me - for mathematics classes, literary classes, history classes,  the sort.

I don't know if there is any true rhyme or reason to this as this has just been in my personal experience so I honestly can't say.

Say, is there a student discord like the gaming discord by chance?
