    One of the best classes I ever took included team building exercises. I know the word team is overused so the best way I can describe it was learning each others strengths and weaknesses and learning how to make the most of each one.

    Can't say enough about how much Soft Skills are important to your career.  JUST being smart and excellent in your: trade, profession, even life; will not be enough without good soft skills.    I highly recommend that you start practicing these in high school and college before you begin your career.
