    Scholarships for computer science degrees seem like a perfect match for this. Get the schools some recognition, educate the next batch of tech wizards. It fits education better than sport scholarships

    Still hard for me to believe that we let this kind of activity gain status as anything other than a recreational activity. ZERO translatable skills to any other field of endeavor. This is a tragic institutional failure.

    Doubtful, at least not major universities, but gaming leagues have some, or can help with gear. MSI sponsors one.
