  • this is crazy, I had no idea!

  • Research and invest in the best chair you can afford-if you play a lot (even if you’re not an esports athlete) a good chair is a necessity!

  • Well, it's a lot of siting and repetitive hand and wrist movements, just like secreterial or other office work. So, just take the same precautions. And you know, get up off the chair at least occasionally.

  • Carpel tunnel?? Haha

  • I have never even thought about injuries in Esports other than maybe carpal tunnel.

  • need to take breaks in between and stretch or it can cause issues to lower back and hands

  • I got a lot of arm, hand and back injuries playing for hours. My eyes were worse, my neck hurt and I gained weight. Fun times, but so painful.

  • As for everything in life, variety and reasonable consumption is wise... There is also a world outside :)
