• Gen Z creativity: 63% of Gen Z are more likely to engage in creative activities daily compared to 57% of other generations.

• Millennials in the workforce: By 2025, Millennials are expected to make up 75% of the global workforce.

• Gen X workplace stress: 21% of Gen X professionals cite a lack of time as a significant stressor.

• Boomers working past age 70: 49% of Boomers are expected to or are already working past age 70.

• AI’s impact on business: Generative AI can improve a highly skilled worker’s performance by up to 40%. And 80% of CIOs believe AI developments will significantly affect their business.
