I've been a voracious foodie for as long as I know of myself, but I still sometimes struggle with energy dips in various points of the day.
I tried to eat in various ways - 3 medium sized meals and snack (fruit or milk) whenever I felt hungry, divide my meals into 4 or 5 smaller meals through the day, or have 3 hefty meals without snacks. I've had the best results with 3 hefty meals, a big breakfast, a big lunch and a big dinner.
Sometimes I still lack energy so I've been wondering, how do you guys cope with energy dips? Please don't tell me it's caffeine (coffee) because that's not energy, it's draining the reserves, and I can't stand it. 😆
