How do you stay focused in spite of distractions while learning/creating? Any techniques that work particularly well for you?

I used to find listening to an audiobook or music without lyrics (lo-fi beats, movie sountracks etc) while I draw helpful, but lately that's not enough. Any techniques that work particularly well for you?
