I usually always try to have a good night sleep, but sometimes, because of various reasons, I either do not get enough sleep or I have a bad sleep which in the end affects my studying performance. Once I tried taking a short nap, 30-60 minutes at most, before I study and I had quite good results from it. Even if I had a bad night sleep, a short nap before study gave me just enough rest to not have a bad studying session.
Does anyone else practice short naps before studying?
