I'm sure someone has tried out several of the portable chargers for phones/laptops exc., I would like to know some brands of some of the best ones out there. I see Amazon offers a lot of different brands, I'm trying to find a highly rated one to gift for someone who is always on the go. Thank you for the suggestions!
