1.Search for adjust performance in Lenovo - Windows search area
2. Select the option and you will see the popup window for the adjust for best appearance and or performance
(Beware that performance setting enables disabling all the other transitions and effects which increases the speed of the laptop usage where the memory can be used for other performances)
