Trying to educate myself about music theory and the guitar. So I am looking for a good APP that might help me get started the right way. (I am really starting from zero musical knowledge, though I love listening to good music.)
Want to understand some basics of music theory, as my memory is not great. Hoping that if I can understand both music theory, and the Guitar layout (Why 6 strings? Why the strings are tuned as they are?, etc. It's not "intuitively obvious" to me. lol); That I'll better be able to understand the chords, and how to play progressions, etc.
Being retired I have some time to dedicate.
Appreciate any advice.
