I recently finished my basement and added a network closet to my house. An electrician working on my house said he never saw anyone do that before. I've run CAT6A to all the rooms in the house on a switch. I've got a NAS in there but I'm looking to upgrade. Just getting started really. Curious to know what other people have going on in their home network that others might think would only be suitable for a school or business. I don't typically work from home btw, what I am doing is for personal use primarily.
