What’s the best way to use your laptop or tablet for both work and wellness?

Personally, for me, I try to split my device time intentionally. During study sessions, I rely on focus apps like Forest or Pomodoro timers to keep me on track. Once I hit a good stopping point, I switch gears and use wellness apps like Headspace or dive into something more creative—like Sketchbook for drawing or even just Spotify to reset my mood. For me, my laptop and tablet isn’t just a productivity tool—it’s also part of how I take care of my mental well-being.
